Nicolas and Florence Santi welcome you to their attractive wine cellar. A selection of around 900 wines from all regions is on offer (Italy, Austria and Lebanon have their own bottles to defend), and will be commented on as requested. Oenology courses are organized according to a precise theme, with a focus on tasting techniques. Cooking classes are also offered. These activities can also be carried out outdoors, on request.
