A veritable production machine, the company comprises three distinct activities: Les Brasseries de l'Ill, which acts as a wholesaler, the microbrewery La Passerelle, which produces the beers, and the restaurant La Flamme, which offers traditional Alsatian cuisine and tastings. The menu features four renowned classics: "Blanche de l'Ill", "Ansa rousse", "Ansa blonde" and "Corbock". Special beers are produced for special occasions.
