Traditional breads, organic breads, viennoiseries and pastries are all prepared by hand using high-quality ingredients. Flour from sustainable farming, Label Rouge, slow fermentation time... the ancestral methods that work are maintained to sell the best: baguette type 65.80, spelt bread, polka (rye-based)... The house is not without its specialties: pavé de la Bouzanne (almond cake with prune filling), Dent de Chat (small shortbread covered in jam), tartelette aigurandaise (raspberry filling and macarronade on top).
