Bakery For Tanguy Lahaye, it hasn't always been plain sailing! This baker-boss is on all fronts, including that of his customers, whom he greets with great kindness. His apprenticeship is solid, and the products that come out of his oven are of the highest quality. The bread from the Cirque (the winter one is not far away), the Miche Dupin with natural leaven, the campagne, all are well worked, fresh and full of flavor. The choux pastries are so fresh they make even the dreariest of days a delight to munch on the sidewalk (or on the spot), without fear of drawing the mustache of greed.
