Butchery Nadia and Patrice Wallerich and their son, Alexis, are Bœuf Tricolore-affiliated artisan butchers, pork butchers and caterers. In their superb 27-meter-long boutique, they offer suggestions elegantly presented like jewels. This care is proof of their commitment to honoring the family know-how of excellence, handed down through four generations. For example, 98% of the animals are selected from local breeders. Only Label Rouge pigs and poultry come from slightly further afield. The carcasses are processed on site with the utmost rigor. No superfluous sinews or bones to spoil your taste buds or your budget! Patrice's delicious products are used in the charcuterie prepared by Alexis and in the catering suggestions prepared by Nadia. The team delights discerning connoisseurs with sausages, terrines, pâtés, boudins, pâtés lorrains, pies and long-cooked Saturday dishes such as paëlla or beef tongue. Everything is delicious, the value for money is unbeatable and the welcome is so pleasant that customers flock from all over the area.
