Brewer Founded in 2014, the micro-brewery rose to the top of Parisian houses early on, proudly wearing its craft and independence. Today, the establishment relies on a permanent range of just over a dozen beers (pilsner, IPA, pale ale, session IPA, porter...), as well as ephemera and barrique (bière de noël, gose fraise-framboise-citron or kveik DIPA).
