Bakery Jean-Marc Thibaud, a 4th generation baker, recently took over this well-placed bakery in the town center in 2013. The place is modern and welcoming, but the breads remain traditional, and this baker remains attached to the values of the profession, regularly taking apprentices under his wing to train them in his trade.
