Description
Pastry The name suggests that this is a pastry shop. But it's worth pointing out that it offers fine pastries, the fruit of the labors of Anaïs and Alexandre, both of whom have been sweet craftsmen for many years. Together, they created Autour d'un gâteau a year ago. Their vanilla pecan tart, their revisited paris-brest and the new products they regularly offer delight local and visiting gourmets. They also make a whole range of cookies, some gluten-free, such as the famous dry cake, which is not gluten-free at all, generous cookies and the indisputable marble cake. And let's not forget the chocolate bars, gummy bears and fruit jellies. The duo can be seen working from the boutique and even from the street, in their laboratory, where they produce individual and shareable pastries, which more and more customers are ordering. Others, finally, settle into the pleasant tea room where, every Sunday, a sweet and savoury brunch is served.
