Bakery Echiré is first and foremost known for its cream and butter. But it's also in this town that Eric Chevallereau, Meilleur Ouvrier de France en boulangerie 2007, chose to set up a business a few years ago, opting to produce a limited range of quality bread using the famous products. And it's in a bright, welcoming boutique that the range is on display, with adaptations to match the latest bread trends: beaujo, pumpkin and pumpkin seeds... Plain or sandwich breads, viennoiseries and all pastries are treated with equal care.
