Gault&Millau's review
This golden caramel-like colour cuvée offers a nose with aromas of fresh grapes, green apple and yellow fruit. Similarly, on the palate the wine is elegant, fruity, with a tension that combines delicacy and finesse. It could be served over an aperitif or with a cold fish terrine.

This champagne combines Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in a beautiful way, with a desirable golden robe. The rich and complex nose brings a vinous aspect to the wine, as blond tobacco notes stand out. With a direct and balanced palate, this attractive cuvée will go well with a black truffle omelet.

This champagne with a slightly tinted golden robe, offers a toasty, grilled nose. Notes of blond tobacco appear with aeration. The creamy and balanced palate has notable yellow fruits and nuts. The saline finish makes this wine interesting to serve with oysters gratin cooked in champagne.

Gault&Millau's review
This golden-coloured cuvée offers a fine, springtime nose on a roasted background due to maturation in barrels. The palate is chalky and creamy at the same time, but also salivating, saline and subtle, elongating over the freshness. Enjoy with barbecued langoustines.

Gault&Millau's review
Made from Meunier, this wine offers a lovely golden colour and a bead of very persistent bubbles. The rich and complex nose is oriented towards notes of toasted bread, quince and sweet spices. The gourmet and complex palate is beautifully balanced and makes this champagne easily digestible. Pair with a Girolles risotto.

This Rosé champagne, made from Meunier, is distinguished by its deep coral red robe. The very fruity nose opens out notes of stone fruits with a touch of kirsch. The gourmet and generous palate will pair perfectly with duck breast and cranberries.
