Brilliant expression of grapefruit, melon, citrus (yellow and lime lemons, blood orange) from a northern Pinot Blanc vineyard. Supple, lively, airy mousse and bubbles bounce off the zesty, surprisingly citric and tropical palate (green pineapple and kiwi - not the usual fat, pear, peach characters), while sweet, fresh concentration builds with tingles of minerality to a perfumed finish. Very well done!
