Gault&Millau's review
Located in Tauxières, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, this estate cultivates 12 hectares of vines spread over nearly 11 villages classified as Grand Cru and Premier Cru. Most of the vines are Pinot Noir, but there is also Chardonnay, and a small amount of Pinot Blanc used for a new cuvée, l'Arum d'Henriette, a tribute to the grandmother of Frédéric Louvet, who runs the estate with the aim of preserving the in-house know-how of the family business.
