The color is light for Côt. Black fruit jam and pepper explode on the nose in this expressive wine. On the palate, it's pleasant and refreshing for a red, with tannins that add a nice chewiness. Greedy.

The flint-rich siliceous-clay soils and the sandy-loam soils give their wines great finesse. The estate has been organic since 2021, and produces Touraine-Amboise and Touraine PDO wines.
