Winery presentation by Gault&Millau

The Frissant family has been winegrowers from father to son for 8 generations. Xavier and Isabelle Frissant cultivate 15 hectares of vines in the commune of Mosnes, south of the Loire. The flint-rich siliceous-clay soils and the sandy-loam soils give their wines great finesse. The estate has been organic since 2021, and produces Touraine-Amboise and Touraine PDO wines.
