Inhale deeply in search of the subtle distant nose: you'll find notes of wet and dry hay, and refined secondary yellow fruits. Lively bubbles rise from the puffy, creamy, mineral foam. Despite the zero dosage, the palate is seductive, with perfectly ripe but discreet fruit, crunchy cookies that melt in the mouth, silky acidity and perfect minerality. Complex and harmonious, this gastronomic wine is more suited to the table than the aperitif. Our favorite.
