Here's a Rosé that's ready to take on the world! The deep ruby hue of this cuvée announces its intentions at first glance: to be a rosé of body, flesh and table above all! These intentions are confirmed on the bouquet by notes of pits, amarena cherries and maras des bois. A bouquet reminiscent of some of the region's reds. On the palate, this vinous framework loses a little of its momentum as the bubbles, a little invasive, take over the wine. A little decanting will give it wings!

The estate is located in the village of Avize, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Family-run since 1860, bottle production began just after the Second World War, with small volumes, before the estate extended its vineyards to the prestigious neighboring villages of Cramant and Oger. Chardonnay reigns supreme, making it possible to produce a wide range of champagnes that are always full of finesse, in the image of Denis Varnier, who passed away in January 2017. Valérie Varnier, his wife, continues to keep the Varnier-Fannière brand alive.
