The main component of this cuvée is based on old vintages of Chardonnay classified as Grand Cru, known only to the cellar master. The champagne's brilliant gray-gold color is enhanced by an effervescence of fine, scattered bubbles. The fragrance is intense, full of freshness, marked by aromas of yellow fruit, candied citrus, white chocolate and nougatine. The rich, inviting palate is sustained by a patchwork of white fruits. Serve as an aperitif or with refined dishes such as lobster medallions with Alba truffles.
