Tarlant
Now run by Benoît and Mélanie Tarlant, the Œuilly estate boasts some 14 hectares of vines, divided into numerous parcels. In terms of cultivation, horse-drawn ploughing, now practiced on all the emblematic plots, has gained further ground. From 100% pinot meunier from a single plot, to an equal blend of pinot noir and meunier with chardonnay, and even cuvées based on arbane and petit meslier, the range of wines on offer here is particularly diverse. Attention to soil, cultivation and cellar work naturally results in a very high level of quality. The estate has been certified organic since 2019. The "Zéro" cuvée has made a major contribution to the estate's recognition, as well as to the resurgence of bruts nature.
