On the palate, the wine retains an incredible youthfulness and freshness. The bubbles delicately accompany a taut body, with preserved acidity that echoes the aromatic codes of the citrus range, accompanied by nuts and mirabelle plum. On the finish, lime adds a touch of freshness and makes you want to come back for more, with its salty, salivating notes.
