A gourmet and pastry universe underlined by the great 2004 vintage. Aromatic, powdery, praline, with accents of vanilla poached fruit and a hint of ground coffee. Very tasty! The mouthfeel is as creamy as you could wish for, taking us into a silky-smooth whirlpool. The finish is precise and gastronomic, ideal for a vol au vent with lobster and scallops, carapace jus.
