This champagne reveals a complex nose combining toasty, vanilla notes of lemon, apricot and honey, evolving towards aromas of black tea, peach, caramelized almonds and leather. On the palate, the wine is round and greedy, with a smooth texture and fine bubbles that are first dynamic, then creamy. The taut attack brings an invigorating energy that lasts right through to the finish, which delicately blends dried pineapple, dried flowers, lime zest, caramel and coffee.
