Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
Stanislas Bonafé, a former sommelier and oenologist for leading champagne houses, established his own brokerage firm, which has allowed him to deepen his knowledge of the region and its grape varieties. In 2016, he launched his brand, La Maison Stanislas Bonafé (historical grand cru), with a strong focus on terroir and innovation. He embodies a modern and refined approach to Champagne, combining respect for the terroir with meticulous winemaking. His portfolio ranges from accessible Champagne to high-end signature wines, including his Comtesse de Cérhès line.
