Stanislas Bonafé, a former sommelier and oenologist for leading champagne houses, established his own brokerage firm, which allowed him to deepen his knowledge of the region and its grape varieties. He launched his brand in 2012: La Maison Stanislas Bonafé (historic grand cru), with a strong focus on terroir and innovation. He embodies a modern and refined approach to Champagne, combining respect for the terroir with meticulous winemaking. His portfolio ranges from accessible Champagnes to high-end signature wines, including his Comtesse de Cérhès line.
