Gault&Millau's review
2019
91/100
This rosé de saignée, 100% pinot noir, offers an intense nose of black fruits, licorice and spices. Ripe black cherries, pomegranate, tarte tatin and pomme d'amour combine harmoniously. The wine's plum-toned color is beautifully effervescent and fresh. On the palate, the fruit is ripe and pastry-like, with enticing tannins. Enjoy as an aperitif with pata negra or with brioche French toast, rhubarb and mixed black fruits.
