Delphine and Christophe manage the family estate in Damery, producing around 30 hectares of wine, 22 of which are fully owned. The vineyard is located at the beginning of the Marne Valley (Damery and surrounding villages), on the southern slopes of Epernay and in the commune of Chouilly Grand Cru, renowned for its Chardonnays. Grapes from Mesnil sur Oger Grand Cru are also included in the blends.
