Gault&Millau's review
Delphine and Christophe, accompanied by their son Mathis, manage the family estate in Damery, producing around 30 ha of wine, 22 ha of which are owned by the family. The vineyards are located at the beginning of the Marne valley (Damery and surrounding villages), on the southern slopes of Épernay and in the Chouilly Grand Cru commune, renowned for its Chardonnays. The blends also include grapes from Mesnil-sur-Oger, also a Grand Cru. The wines are matured in stainless steel vats or oak barrels, depending on the cuvée, and then wait between two and five years in the cellar before disgorging and dosage. The estate has an online store and has been HVE3 certified since June 2021.
