Time has taken its toll on the bouquet, which evolves between aromas of dried fruit (hazelnut, almond), dried apricot and pineapple, a touch of hay and cumin. These notes are echoed in the wine's fresh, taut texture. Yellow citrus fruits are well in place, with their light, salivating bitterness, combined with dried fruits (almond, walnut), dried fig and a pinch of pepper. It's sunny and pleasant, with a very salivating finish.

This small, 4-hectare domaine, located in Moussy, is proud to claim that its plots in Moussy and Pierry are naturally grassed. Likewise, it neither sells nor buys its grapes from the wine trade, and is proud to present its cuvées, which contain very few sulfites, only after 5 to 10 years' ageing.
