Pinot-Chevauchet

Established in Moussy, Pinot-Chevauchet has been making wine for 4 generations. This confidential 4-hectare vineyard is divided into 27 parcels located in Moussy and Pierry, in premier cru. The 3 Champagne grape varieties are planted on clay-limestone soils rich in flint. Managed by Didier Chevauchet, the domaine began its conversion to organic farming in 2025. As an independent harvester and handler, he uses natural grass cover, adds only a minimal amount of sulfites, and ages his cuvées for at least 5 years.
