A new addition to our range, this light, floral rosé de macération, with delicate notes of rose petals, is very slightly powdery on the palate. Its juicy chewiness and saline notes make it thirst-quenching. A champagne to drink as an aperitif with a thin slice of salmon gravlax with red beet.
