With its lovely bitterness from the very first taste, this champagne is powerful, straightforward and creamy. Broad-shouldered, its opulence is tempered by saline, almost iodized notes that make it salivating and digestible. In addition, it is long-lasting and its blackcurrant berry aromas punctuate the tasting experience. Serve with white meat in sauce and mushrooms.

Pierre Deville

The family estate was founded in 1963. Since 2000, Christophe and Isabelle Corbeaux have run the estate, joined by their son Alban, the fourth generation of winemakers. The 5 ha of vines are mainly pinot noir and chardonnay, planted exclusively on the Verzy grand cru, in the heart of the Reims mountains. The champagnes reflect their terroir: powerful, straightforward and lively, when drunk in their prime. A delicate, refreshing rosé de macération now completes the domaine's range. The labels of the cuvées are created in homage to the winegrower grandmother and the artist grandfather.
