A still young Champagne, composed of a base of the 2019 harvest and contributions from the 2018 and 2017 harvests. Although the wine is lively, straightforward and pure, it has a thirst-quenching freshness that makes you want a second glass. The finish, with its lovely bitters, completes the tasting of this chiselled cuvée for an aperitif dinner.

The family estate was founded in 1963. Since 2000, Christophe and Isabelle Corbeaux have run the estate, joined by their son Alban, the fourth generation of winemakers. The 5 ha of vines are mainly pinot noir and chardonnay, planted exclusively on the Verzy grand cru, in the heart of the Reims mountains. The champagnes reflect their terroir: powerful, straightforward and lively, when drunk in their prime. A delicate, refreshing rosé de macération now completes the domaine's range. The labels of the cuvées are created in homage to the winegrower grandmother and the artist grandfather.
