The estate was created in the 1970s by Philippe's parents (domaine Yves Lancelot Wanner). Converted to biodynamic practices in 2012, followed by organic certification in 2014, then biodynamic (Demeter and Biodyvin) in 2015, this purist winemaker strives to reveal the identity of each cuvée. The vines are located in the most beautiful villages: Cramant, Avize, Chouilly, Oiry, Épernay and Ay. The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness, requiring virtually no dosage, and since 2015, vinification has been carried out without sulfur.
