Philippe Lancelot
The estate was created in the 1970s by Philippe's parents (domaine Yves Lancelot Wanner). Converted to biodynamic practices in 2012, followed by organic certification in 2014, then biodynamic (Demeter and Biodyvin) in 2015, this purist winemaker strives to reveal the identity of each cuvée. The vines, planted over an area of 4 ha, are located in the most beautiful villages: Cramant, Avize, Chouilly, Oiry, Épernay and Aÿ. The grapes harvested are at optimum ripeness, requiring virtually no dosage, and, since 2015, vinification has been sulfur-free.
