Philippe Lancelot
Created in the 1970s by Philippe's parents (Champagne Yves Lancelot Wanner), the domaine has been practicing biodynamics since 2012, with organic certification in 2014 and biodynamic (Demeter and Biodyvin) in 2015. This purist winemaker is committed to revealing the identity of each cuvée, with grapes harvested at optimal maturity, requiring almost no dosage, and since 2015 vinifications have been made without sulfur.
