A very pale color and an initial nose of hydrocarbons and cut grass that gives way to aromas of freshly baked cake, raisins and yellow fruit. This is a wine with a perfect balance of sugar and acidity. It's round and greedy, yet elegant. The spicy finish adds a beautiful dynamism.
