Winery presentation by Gault&Millau

Philippe Catroux is winemaker at Caves de Moncé. This 17-hectare family business has been in existence for 5 generations. Moncé is a commune near Amboise, west of Limeray, at the foot of a wooded hillside. The winemaker produces a wide range of wines in the Touraine-Amboise, Touraine and Vouvray appellations.
