A blend of two-thirds Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs Grands Crus, complemented by Pinot Noir Grands Crus from Verzenay and Verzy. The 2014 harvest produced a powerful, lively and limpid wine, which unfurls its mineral tension throughout the tasting. We'd be delighted to match its fine Champagne bitters with a Breton lobster roasted in salted butter.
