A deep, rich nose of yellow fruit (plum, mirabelle) contrasts with crisp bubbles and a powerful fresh mousse. Then a change of color: an attack of small, intense dark berries on the creamy, super-fresh palate, taut with almost piercing acidity, orange citrus and violet berries. A structural, savory, gastronomic wine with a powerful, refreshing finish... Obsessive!
