Paul Launois
Julien, the current owner of the estate of 6.5 hectares, created the brand Paul Launois, named after his son, to create a break with the champagne of his father that was produced at the cooperative (Champagne Jean-Paul Launois). He initiated the vinification and ageing "single barrel" which consists of separating the harvest into 10 new Champagne barrels made with 5 different toasts. The resulting bottles created from the barrels are then gradually auctioned after the still wines have been tasted. Alongside this original concept, a "classic" range is also offered.
