A blend of equal parts pinot noir and pinot meunier for this 2018 harvest cuvée from the estate's finest plots. On the palate, a sensation of chalk infusion rounded out by barrel ageing appears very soothing. Despite its youth, the wine has already rounded its edges and presents a very pleasant taste profile. Enjoy it with veal tartar and langoustines.
