Gault&Millau's review
2019
89/100
Born from a blend of equal parts Chardonnay and Meunier, this wine has not undergone malolactic fermentation to preserve the freshness of its wine blend (base 2009). The nose is fine and fresh, with fine citrus notes, and the palate delivers a pleasant bitterness. Elegant and taut, this wine is ideal with fish in a creamy, lemony sauce.
