The nose is fine and fresh, with fine citrus notes, and the palate delivers a pleasant bitterness. Elegant and taut, this wine is ideal with fish in a creamy, lemony sauce.

When Pascal and Sandrine took over the reins of the estate in 1995, they set out to give it new impetus: the vineyard expanded to 4 hectares 40, and integrated viticulture was introduced in the vines. Their son, Thibaut, joined them on the estate in summer 2015, perpetuating the House's winemaking expertise and family commitment.
