Aged without malolactic fermentation, this cuvée is based on the 2010 harvest. The wine is still austere, straightforward and taut, but elegant and fine, revealing citrus notes. Serve in a few years with beef carpaccio with button mushrooms and Parmesan.

When Pascal and Sandrine took over the reins of the estate in 1995, they set out to give it new impetus: the vineyard expanded to 4 hectares 40, and integrated viticulture was introduced in the vines. Their son, Thibaut, joined them on the estate in summer 2015, perpetuating the House's winemaking expertise and family commitment.
