With inherited know-how passed down for three generations, Pascal has managed the small family domain since 1993 with his wife Florence, and cultivates 2 hectares respecting their terroir on the Montagne de Reims. The wines are vinified without malolactic fermentation to preserve the freshness of his cuvées that are commercialised only after resting a few years on lees in the cellar.
