De délicates colonnes de bulles s’élèvent gracieusement pour former une collerette élégante. Le nez dévoile de délicieux arômes de Vieille Prune, de pommes golden et d’abricot. La bouche, d’une structure remarquable, offre une agréable minéralité, ainsi qu’une finale particulièrement fraîche sur de beaux amers. La longueur est impressionnante. À savourer avec un vitello tonnato.

With inherited know-how passed down for three generations, Pascal has managed the small family domain since 1993 with his wife Florence, and cultivates 2 hectares respecting their terroir on the Montagne de Reims. The wines are vinified without malolactic fermentation to preserve the freshness of his cuvées that are commercialised only after resting a few years on lees in the cellar.
