With its lemon-straw color and white-gold highlights, this vintage blanc de blancs has a seductive, fragrant nose of freshly baked pastries, fruit tarts and gingerbread. The bubbles are delicate and fine. On the palate, the first impression is of juicy, fresh pear, apple and white stone fruit, followed by a pronounced taste of crunchy yellow and red fruit. This gastronomic, harmonious wine has a long, elegant finish, with lovely freshness and sapidity. Enjoy it with a fine meal.
