The nose is dominated by fruit in all its variations: fresh fruit, orchard fruit and then fruit with sugar. Gourmet in a pastry register, but without the sugar, this champagne with its rich, straightforward style lingers in the finish with the fine tannins typical of Les Riceys, making you want to return to it with a chicken supreme marinated in verbena. A fine winemaker's wine with style and personality.
