This is perhaps the most consensual cuvée in the range, with a little richness and volume. But how good it is, with its hint of red fruit and honey against a backdrop of freshness. You have to wait until the finish to find the saline notes and the very, very fine structure.

Michel Littière

The 5.50-hectare family estate was created in 1970 and is located in Œuilly, in the Marne valley, a few kilometers from Épernay. Some 25 parcels ensure a diversity of soils, and therefore tastes, for the grapes used in the blends. The estate is run by Michel Littière and his daughter Marie-Hélène, who joined in 1991. As 100% independent winegrowers, the domaine vinifies and markets all its own production, and their wines wait three years in the cellar before being released. The range is extensive, from pure pinot meunier to ratafia.
