The nose opens with tropical fruits, quince and curry, with a touch of fresh chili pepper. On the palate, the wine is greedy, brioche-like and toasty, with great delicacy. The bubbles are fine, and the balance between elegance and delicacy is ideal. The finish, marked by a few bitters and hints of dried pineapple, leaves an energetic sensation, with a spicy edge that makes you want to come back for more with every sip. A perfect champagne for an evening out with friends.

Michel Littière

The 5.50-hectare family estate was created in 1970 and is located in Œuilly, in the Marne valley, a few kilometers from Épernay. Some 25 parcels ensure a diversity of soils, and therefore tastes, for the grapes used in the blends. The estate is run by Michel Littière and his daughter Marie-Hélène, both 100% independent winemakers. The domaine vinifies and markets all its own production, and the wines are kept in the cellar for three years before distribution. The range is extensive, from pure pinot meunier to ratafia.
