Michel Littière
Twenty-five plots located on the hillsides of Œuilly, in the Marne Valley, make up this 5.50-hectare family-owned and independent winery. After working with his father, Raymond Littière, Michel launched his own brand in 1970. In 1991, his daughter Marie-Hélène joined the estate, followed by his grandson Baptiste in 2025. Now in its fourth generation of growers and winemakers, the family is involved in every step of the process—from harvest to pressing, from secondary fermentation to riddling and disgorging, all the way through to bottling. The fairly extensive lineup ranges from pure Pinot Meunier to ratafia.
