Pretty, very clear color and millimetric bubbles for this 2015 vintage with a nose reminiscent of whipped cream, fresh citrus and an exotic touch. On aeration, notes of toast and white wood develop. On the palate, the wine delivers a powerful array of flavors ranging from ripe white fruit to Menton lemon. The whole is elegant, offering real presence and maturity. Good length for this tasty Chouilly cru, with a well-balanced, chalky finish. A very successful champagne. For a perfect match, a bar au naturel would be just the thing.
