On the nose, notes of viennoiserie, warm bread and dried fruit open with complexity and candied lemon. On the palate, the wine is round and full-bodied, with a fresh, lemony, saline quality that beckons to the table. A very fine cuvée to be opened with girolles.

Michel Genet
The family estate, located in Chouilly, was created in the 1960s thanks to the perseverance of Michel Genet. Today, his children, Agnès, Antoine and Vincent, run the 10.5-hectare estate divided into just over 40 parcels in Chouilly and Cramant. They nurture the Chardonnay grape, the house's flagship variety, and practice integrated vineyard management, ploughing and weeding. The entire range has been revamped with Anglo-Saxon-sounding cuvée names.
