A Côte des Blancs Chardonnay from the 2013 harvest complemented by reserve wines from the 2012 and 2011 harvests. Extra-fine bubbles precede a very elegant, fresh and powerful palate. This gastronomic champagne is still in its youth, and will reveal its full potential in a few years' time. Enjoy it with veal sweetbreads.
