A puzzling cuvée, as it comes from a complicated year with a very late harvest (October). The winemaker decided to vintage it for its balance. On the palate, the wine is taut, rich and ripe, and the acidity is still very present, making you salivate. A white meat accompanied by a cream sauce will reveal the challenge.
